Out of town buyer review: Having a phenomenal agent when you're not as familiar with a new area is absolutely critical. I got lucky in that my sister lives in Portland and bought a house with Alicia Dart and couldn't recommend her high enough. Alicia has a ton of energy and curiosity and a sharp intuition on negotiating when it comes time to put the offer in. From the beginning, Alicia learned our preferences and was more than an agent. She became our partner in crafting a new life. She knows all of the neighborhoods, commuting paths, parks, stores, schools. She also knows a ton of highly skilled craftsman and helped facilitate quotes post-close for repairs. In addition to being excellent at her job, Alicia is a genuinely good person and checked up on us multiple times after getting settled to see how things were going and asked how she could help. We were lucky enough to find Bobbi when looking for a home in the Tigard area. We were looking for a home for our parents. We live in California and they wanted to move to Oregon from California to be closer to their siblings. Bobbi literally found the perfect house for them. We truly cannot say enough positive things about the professional, kind and successful support that Alicia provided to us.
